Vernon Henderson is Professor of Ecnomics and Urban Studies. His research interests include microeconomic theory, urban and regional economics, economic development, and public finance, including the environmental aspects of cities and industrial locations. His current research activities include spatial evolution of econonic activity, urban growth, the impacts of environmental regulation, urbanization in Asia, and sources of urban productivity.
